Cozy apartment of 50 sqm in Kristiansand city center with large terrace. Contains 2 bedrooms with 180 beds. One bedroom faces the playground and the other faces the road. If you open the windows you can probably hear some noise, but the road outside is not the main road. For an apartment in the city, there is a relatively low noise level. Walking distance to the city beach, shops and restaurants. Train and bus station are a short walk away. Paid parking nearby, both in parking lots and in parking garages. The space A bright and nice 3-room apartment located on the 2nd floor. The apartment has the following floor plan: Hallway/entrance with cupboards to hang outerwear and shoes. Bright living room with TV wall. Practical kitchen. Exit to a large terrace, facing the backyard. The apartment is located in a popular and central residential area in the upper part of Kvadraturen in Kristiansand. Here you live with the city's many offers right outside the door, and with proximity to cozy shopping malls, restaurants and the idyllic waterfront. From the apartment there is walking distance to the city beach which is reached in a quarter of an hour, and offers a nice sandy beach, swimming jetty, skate ramp and sand volleyball court, to mention a few. Grocery shopping can be done at e.g. Kiwi or Joker, of which the latter is open on Sundays. Furthermore, you have the city's facilities just outside the door, including Sandens center and the Castle within walking distance. The area offers public transport in the form of buses and trains. The nearest bus stop is Kristian IVs gate which is about 160 meters from the apartment. Kristiansand train station can be reached on foot in approx. 15 min. By car it takes about 5 min to Kristiansand city center, 14 min to Dyreparken, 18 min to Kristiansand Airport and 40 min to Grimstad. Guest access As a tenant, you will have the entire apartment at your disposal. I ask that furniture and objects that remain during the rental period are treated with respect. The entrance door to the building requires a key. At check-in, the key is retrieved from the key box (code is provided in advance), and at check-out it is returned to the key box outside the apartment door. Other things to note As for the patio door, it can be a bit tricky to open. Be careful with the door handle and push the door a little extra if it is stuck. If the handle is damaged as a result of careless use, the cost of a new door handle must be covered by the tenant.
