Once upon a time

This studio, located 10 minutes from Soissons, 9 km from the Biza farm, 20 minutes from the Chemin des Dames, 20 minutes from the Cité Internationale de la Langue Française de Villers-Cotterêts and 1 hour 10 minutes from Paris, will offer you all the joys of the countryside. A view overlooking all the surrounding villages will allow you to clear your mind and enjoy the fullness of the place. You will find everything you need in the studio to enjoy your stay. The space 38 m² single-story studio. The first part of the studio contains a bed, sofa bed, TV, small desk. In the second part, you will find the kitchen area with induction stove, fridge, microwave. The bathroom and toilet are in the studio with independent use of the owners. The floor is covered with balatum. Ladies, forget your stilettos!! That's good, we're in the countryside!! Access to the garden is free as well as the use of games for children. You can even improvise a small picnic under the apple trees at the bottom of the garden! It's lovely when the weather is nice. Guest access Your arrival is important to us. You will need to let us know your arrival time so we can welcome you. Access to the studio is not dependent on the hosts' property. Once you have entered, you will be free to move around the enclosure. To get inside, you'll need to take the stairs. A parking space in front of the house is reserved for you. Other things to note For toddlers, an umbrella bed may be available. We allow pets. Please know, however, that the garden area is not fenced. Similarly, a short tour of Snow and Tigger (our two cats) is to be considered. They really like to welcome you with us. Ulline, our little Chihuahua, is very sociable with the other animals. Cohabitation can be done without any problem. You will find a food store 2 kms from us. The studio has a fairly low ceiling height. It will not be comfortable for people over 1.85 m. Access to the studio is via slightly narrow stairs. A barbecue is available for your use. You'll just need to clean before you leave. A deposit of 30 euros for cleaning will be required upon your arrival. It will be returned to you upon your departure after the inventory if everything goes well. a surcharge of 10 euros will be requested if there are two of you but you want two beds. You will therefore lose the use of the sofa bed, since we will unfold it to make an extra bed. The studio is non-smoking. Outside, you'll find ashtrays available to you.
