Close to Santana Row and Valley Fair for food and shopping. The space The room in the backyard is 120 sqft with private entrance and fence yard. Two bathrooms are shared in the main house, about 50ft easy to reach. Easy Access: Seamless self-check-in after 4 PM (instructions sent on arrival morning). Parking: Free street and driveway parking (first-come, first-served). House Rules: Quality: Professionally laundered linens and towels provided for every guest. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. We prioritize a peaceful environment; please bring your own earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Yard: Gardener visits bi-weekly (typically Saturdays) to keep the grounds tidy.
