The space This house has just undergone a renovation which has made it an outstanding place to enjoy coastal living with the whole family. A large new deck and newly renovated bathrooms are just a few of the upgrades. The main floor features a bright living room with high ceilings and large windows looking out to the ocean. The comfortable furnishings, propane fireplace and flat screen TV make for a great place to kick back and relax. The well-designed kitchen features quartz countertops, an island with bar stools and everything you’ll need to cook up a feast. The dining area is located just off the living room and kitchen, with a table large enough to seat eight. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor, with a comfortable king sized bed. This bedroom features ocean views through large windows, an entrance to the deck, a flat screen TV, a luxurious 4-piece ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The main floor features two additional bedrooms – both spacious, bright and with queen sized beds. These rooms share a four piece bathroom, with a tub/shower combination. A large patio runs along the back of the house and looks out over the lawn and out to the ocean. Here you can use the propane barbeque and enjoy a meal outdoors on the dining table that seats six. A perfect place to enjoy the view in style and comfort! Downstairs is the fourth bedroom, with queen sized bed, and a bathroom with walk in shower. This floor also has a large rec room with plenty of games for kids and adults: ping-pong table, toys, board games and an indoor basketball hoop game.
