The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, completely renovated and finely furnished in 2024, can accommodate up to 4 people and has: - large kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, study, living room, bathroom, 1 terrace; - It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, thermal fixtures, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, heating, microwave, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, moka coffee maker, bed and bath linens, fully equipped kitchen, high chair-bath-camping bed for the little ones on request. Hosts and Co-Hosts pay particular attention to the cleanliness and hygiene of the home. In order to make the stay more comfortable for our guests and avoid the maxi load of shopping at the supermarket, upon your arrival you will find in the house the essentials for cooking (oil, salt, pepper and sugar), detergents for cleaning and hygiene of the house (including tabs for dishwashers, dish soap and sponges) sanitizing detergent for washing machine, hand soap and shampoo-bath foam.
