The space Perfectly located in a peaceful, tree-lined street just moments from neighbourhood cafes, boutique shopping and beautiful parks, this cheerful, character-filled apartment offers a comfortable and convenient base from which to discover the local attractions. It is well connected by tram to the city and by the freeway to the airport. Plus the beach is a short 10min drive away! Guests are welcomed by a cosy lounge area complete with a sofa and armchair, where a large window allows plenty of natural light to flood the room and create a sense of spaciousness. Enjoy stylish, Art Deco accents throughout while you unwind with a movie or a book, or make use of the desk space should you need to work during your stay. When you're not dining out at the many nearby eateries, the colourful, retro-chic kitchen is compact with everything you need to prepare meals, including an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, and other cooking essentials such as pots, pans and utensils. The light and spacious bedroom is well-appointed with a queen-size bed, bedside table and a lamp, a dresser and mirror. In the charming, pink-tiled bathroom, you’ll find a shower and all the essentials – soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer – as well as a bathtub to enjoy a relaxing soak at the end of the day. Other conveniences include WiFi, radiator heating, free street parking 24/7, plus in-unit washing machine. ***please note the shower is above the bathtub so you need to step into the bath to shower. Guest access During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself. Please make yourself at home! There is a clothes line outside for you to use too - it is shared with the other residents of the block. Other things to note Please read and respect the house rules.
