Located in the middle of vineyards and fields, the cottage offers the possibility of accommodating up to 8 people. In a fully renovated 19th century house with exposed beams, the ground floor is very spacious with direct access to the garden and pool. The rooms, on the 1st floor, have views of the fields. Children will be busy during your stay with the swimming pool, trampoline, swings, grass games, all in a quiet and fully fenced environment. The space Private entrance with direct access to the private parking for 2 cars. Main living room of 80 m2, tiled and on one level. The seating area is equipped with 2 sofas and a 96cm (43 inch) HD TV. In the reading nook, near the glass window overlooking the garden and pool, you will find 2 benches and comfortable chairs for reading or playing. Many games (board and others) are available in the game cabinet. The kitchen, combining stone walls and solid wood floor, is equipped with a fridge , stove, dishwasher, coffee machines, toaster, microwave oven, as well as cooking utensils. In the dining room adjoining the kitchen , you'll find a large wooden table, mulched chairs, and a wooden period bench, all seating up to 12 people. Glass, cutlery, and other necessary utensils are provided. Two bathrooms, one on the ground floor, one on the first floor, are equipped with walk-in showers, toilet, toilet furniture and dry towels. A washing machine is also available in the ground floor bathroom. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms with a double bed and views of the fields and vines, and a bedroom with 2 trundle beds, sleeping either 4 children or 2 couples (trundle bed turns into a double bed). The second bathroom is next to the 3 bedrooms on the first floor. In the garden of 1000m2, at the back of the house, is a 9m x 4m hull swimming pool, equipped with a bubble cover and a submerged alarm for the safety of young and old. The swimming pool is surrounded by a wooden terrace of 60 m2 with sun loungers and other garden furniture. For children, also in the garden, a 3m diameter trampoline with protective net, and a gantry with swings and slide, are available for children, while parents relax in the pool. A few lawn games are also available for everyone to take care of before the aperitif or after the siesta. The house also has 3 private wooden terraces. The first at the front of the house to have breakfast in the morning sun. The second, covered and equipped with terrace furniture for 8 people, for lunch or family play, out of the sun. The third, overlooking the garden and pool, to take a snack after an afternoon pool, or an aperitif in the early evening.
