Welcome to our cozy guest house, located in old cheese sheds and lovingly renovated in 2022. The house is comfortable, sustainable and equipped with every comfort – with underfloor heating, air conditioning per room and a complete kitchen. Outside, you can enjoy your own garden with a deck and SUP. Perfectly located, close to the Wadden Sea, the Lauwersmeer, Dokkum and the boat to Schiermonnikoog or Ameland. The space Welcome to our unique guest house – historic character with modern comfort, in a beautiful place near the Wadden Sea In 2022, we transformed these old cheese sheds of the former dairy into a comfortable and cozy guest house. A place where you can completely relax, with everything you need at your fingertips. Downstairs you will find a cozy living room with smart TV, a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, combi oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Upstairs are two floors: on the first floor are two double beds and you will find the bathroom with a lovely rain shower. In the attic, there are two more single beds – a great place for children or extra guests. The house is completely gas-free and sustainably furnished. Heating and cooling can be done via the air conditioners in each room, and the underfloor heating provides extra comfort. Outside, you have your own garden with a deck by the water – and the SUP is already waiting for you! You enter through your own entrance and have plenty of parking. Check-in is easy with an electronic tag. The location really is perfect: You are a short distance from the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea, the vast Lauwersmeer area and the charming town of Dokkum. From here, you can easily take the boat to Schiermonnikoog or Ameland. And the charming fishing village of Paesens-Moddergat – recommended! – is just around the corner.
