A 5min walk you have everything: shops, tourist office, laundromat, ATM, equipment rental... Little traffic of cars that remain rather parked. Perfect for children! Housekeeping not included. The space Duplex apartment of 40 m² (Carrez law) located on the 2nd and top floor without elevator access. Tenants have a ski locker on level -2 of the building. The balcony is tiled and sheltered to enjoy the splendid panorama. The 1st level consists of a hallway with coat rack, a bedroom equipped with 2 bunk beds for 1 person and a wardrobe, a shower room with toilet and a kitchen living area, dining area and living room overlooking the balcony. On the 2nd level is the mezzanine open to the staircase equipped with 4 single beds including 2 "drawer" beds as well as the "parents" bedroom equipped with a double bed. The 2 bedrooms have a door, they are not "mountain corners". The 3 bedrooms and mezzanine areas are provided with sufficient storage and blankets and pillows. Mattress covers and pillows are also included. Kitchen and shower room were redone this year. The apartment is well equipped with equipment and supplies (cleaning products, oil, vinegar, sugar etc.). All the walls are covered with white plaster and it is very bright. All rooms have a window. Guest access The apartment is rented "entirely" with private ski locker for tenants. It's a non-smoking apartment but ashtrays are present on the balcony furniture for smokers who can therefore smoke outside. Originally this apartment is equipped for 6 people but we limit it to 4 because of the single shower room and especially the toilets that are not separate. This duplex offers the advantage of being spacious for 4 people, unlike typical accommodation in ski resorts. It is very popular with families but also couples and groups of friends who love its configuration, its bright and functional simplicity, and especially its location in the building and in the resort. A 5-minute walk from the slopes and all the shops, a 2-minute walk from the swimming pool and SPA, and at the foot of the hiking trails. Non-skiers will find peace and relaxation amidst the mountains, forests and valley. Auris-en-Oisans offers the double advantage of being a small family resort although connected by chairlift to the Alpe d'Huez area. Other things to note The resort now offers recycling bins and composters. Complete equipment is located just down the street from the Les Iris building. You will find 1 trash can on the balcony for your packaging and a container for compost. Regarding the Internet, no box but a TNT TV with DVD player.
