Beautiful Family House with Pool

Located in the countryside just outside Nice, this spacious house can accommodate up to 14 guests (11 sleeping spaces + a sofa bed on the ground floor). Perfect for family holidays or getaways with friends, it offers everything you need to enjoy quality time together. Swimming pool, children’s games and plenty of space for both kids and adults: everyone can enjoy their stay, surrounded by nature and sunshine. The space Welcome to our spacious family home, ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The house accommodates up to 14 guests and offers 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and plenty of indoor and outdoor space. On the ground floor, you’ll find a large living area with an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room, as well as a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, suitable for guests with reduced mobility. A sofa bed is also available. Upstairs: • Bedroom 1: double bed, bunk bed with air conditioning • Bedroom 2: double bed and air conditioning • Bedroom 3: double bed and air conditioning • Bedroom 4: bunk bed and workspace and air conditioning All bedrooms on this floor have access to a balcony. There are also two bathrooms with bathtubs and toilets. The converted attic is the 5th bedroom, with a double bed, bunk bed, play area and air conditioning. Outside, enjoy a large garden and a covered swimming pool, available from mid-April to the end of September. In summer, the water can reach around 28–30°C (82–86°F), depending on weather conditions. For entertainment, there is a ping-pong table, pétanque area and plenty of lovely walks nearby. The covered terrace is perfect for outdoor meals, with a pizza oven, wood/charcoal barbecue and gas barbecue available for guests. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, so we kindly ask our guests to respect the property and our neighbours, particularly regarding noise in the evening. The Valberg ski resort also offers various summer activities such as summer tobogganing and electric mountain bike rental. Climbing and Via Ferrata Climbing: The surrounding cliffs offer many climbing routes for climbing enthusiasts (notably at Gré d'Annot, a 30-minute drive away). Via Ferrata: Nearby, you'll find via ferrata courses, perfect for combining hiking and climbing (a 5-minute drive away).
