You’ll have exclusive access to the house, front yard, and private backyard patio, with easy self-check-in via smart lock. Each bedroom includes a guest-use closet, while some hall cabinets are locked for supplies. The left covered parking space is reserved for this unit. Ask about additional off-street parking. A small casita is located at the back of the property. Each unit is entirely private with their own separate entrance and private 6 foot fenced yards. Other things to note Parties & Events: Hosting parties or events is not allowed unless agreed upon in writing during booking. Locals: Local residents must contact us before booking. We kindly ask that you do not book if your intent is to host a party. Respect: Please treat the home as you would a close friend’s. Damages or excessive cleaning may result in additional fees. Quiet Hours: 10 PM–7 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Pests: The Southwest occasionally brings bugs, despite our preventative measures. Please keep this in mind before booking. Pet Policy: Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome. Bring bedding/crates and keep pets off furniture. Clean up after them. We cannot accommodate cats due to allergies. Supplies: Starter essentials provided. Check-In/Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be possible—please inquire in advance. Exterior Cameras: Two active Ring cameras monitor the front door and carport. There are no cameras inside the home. Long Stays: For stays of 28+ days, a Rental Agreement, credit, and background check are required. Ask about long-stay discounts! Cleaning: Mid-stay cleaning is available for a fee—please request in advance. Gardening Visits: For stays over a week, our gardener may visit to care for plants. You’ll be notified beforehand. Trash Collection: Needs to be put out Tuesday evening or early Wednesday AM.
