(If you are interested in replacement, it will be charged separately. Please consult us) You will find on site: soaps, face towel, bathroom floor, toilet paper, sponge. (Replenishing these is at the guest's expense) The guest will receive the property clean for check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you want extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please consult us) LOCATION RESTRICTIONS - No loud noise - No parties and events - Visitors and people who are not included in the reservation are not allowed - 1 small PET allowed per stay - 1 covered parking space for a small car IMPORTANT NOTES - We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee and spices, as they are food items for personal use. - All guests must submit their ID at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative sectors usually operate from Monday to Friday until 5 p.m. That is why we ask in advance, so as not to cause inconvenience to the guest or any difficulty with check-in. - Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge. - We provide guests with a 10kwh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
