This apartment is a perfect base for experiencing the city of the sun during the summer, with friends or family. The house is on the third floor without an elevator. The space The house has a large and cozy living space with a kitchen (and juicer), a vibrant double bedroom furnished in a contemporary and minimalist style, with a single bed for an additional guest. An additional bed, a children's camping bed and a high chair are available upon request, as well as a nice inflatable play doughnut. Other things to note We are Laura and Mattia! Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., we kindly ask you to let us know your flight number and estimated arrival time at the time of booking. You can check in after 8:00 p.m. with a €25 surcharge to be paid upon your arrival. After 10:00 p.m., there is a €50 surcharge. Upon arrival, the guests' ID data will be sent to the Italian State Police and the lease agreement will be signed, these are two obligations under Italian law.
