The space The open-concept living space features a cozy lounge with a 60" TV with Netflix and is perfect for family gatherings or movie nights. The kitchen is a chef’s delight, with modern appliances and ample counter space. The adjoining dining area can comfortably seat your entire group, perfect for sharing meals. The home boasts five spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is very large and features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. It opens out into a private patio where you can enjoy quiet moments. Each of the four additional bedrooms has a plush queen bed, ensuring everyone has a restful night’s sleep. The Zinus beds are top notch and linens are Egyptian cotton. Though the house is extremely quiet, we have placed a white noise machine in each bedroom for even deeper sleep. The house includes a second living room which is more quiet and relaxed than the main one. The game room is a highlight of the property. Equipped with a pool table, foosball, and darts, it provides hours of fun. Step outside to the huge fenced backyard, perfect for children to play safely and dogs to run around. We pride ourselves on being dog friendly and we have included amenities like, dog beds, bowls, toys and more to ensure that your furry friend gets VIP treatment! The private patio is a cozy spot featuring comfortable couches and a picnic table, ideal for al fresco dining or simply relaxing in the fresh air. Unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Free parking is available on the premises, adding to the convenience of your stay. The house is designed to feel private and you will hardly encounter neighbors unless you wish to. Your Truvi application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. We collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via Truvi. This waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
