Vast, bright, elegant room (4 people max) & FREE PARKING in perfect central Hove location: seafront, restaurants, cafés & shops only 5 min walk. Period features, table & chairs, mini fridge, tea & coffee. Private WC & handbasin, plus shared luxury bathroom (& additional WC). 4 single beds OR super king double & 2 singles. Great public transport links: Central Brighton direct 12 mins by bus across the road, Hove station 12/15 min walk. Reduction available on booking if no free parking required. The space Huge, elegant, light room with soft lighting for cozy evenings in. The basic set-up is with 3 single beds, (or super king double and 1 single), with additional single bed for groups of 4 guests. Mini fridge, table & chairs, complementary tea & coffee and upon request Nespresso coffee machine. Private WC and handbasin immediately adjacent to the room plus shared luxury bathroom with walk in power shower, bath tub, sink and additional WC. Complementary shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. Bath and hand towels provided. Guest access The property comprises other rooms/areas which are occupied by the owner. The main bathroom (for showers) is shared, but you have your own WC & handbasin. The layout is such that you will be independent from the rest of the property. During your stay I generally greet guests briefly on their arrival but then leave you to enjoy your stay independently. I am however contactable throughout your stay. Other things to note Guests with allergies: Please note that our pets are sometimes in the property. Pets WILL NOT BE INSIDE your room. The room is not child proofed so regrettably not suitable for very young children. Also we cannot accept guests with their own pets. Thank you.
