Guest Entry and Parking Update Due to ongoing lobby and parking renovations, entry points have changed. – For guests with parking: Please enter through the Sarasota Gate. – For guests arriving by drop-off or on foot: Enter through the Montecito Gate and proceed to the Montecito 1 Lobby. Then take the Basement 1 walkway toward Montecito 6. Your host will be available to personally assist and guide you from the lobby or basement entrance. Parking is available upon request and must be arranged at least two days prior to check-in. Other things to note Dear Guest, Before confirming your reservation, please review our house rules. We have a one-pet fee policy; however, if you plan to bring an additional pet, a charge of 1,500 pesos will apply for the second pet. We only allow small pets, with a maximum of two per booking. Kindly inform us of their breeds prior to booking. Unregistered guests will incur a penalty of ₱2,000 per unregistered person per night. Please make sure to register all guests as security will have logs of all the guests. Swimming pool fee is ₱100 which will be paid directly to the building admin located in basement parking. Only registered guests are allowed to use this amenity. Upon arrival, please have your booking details, name, and unit number ready for registration at the security post. We will assist you with check-in, so once you’ve completed your booking, please provide us with a full list of guests (including full names) and your estimated arrival time. Ensure the correct number of guests is listed and that you have provided their correct names for a smooth check-in process.
