We will be delighted to host you in this beautiful 150 m2 farmhouse, completely renovated, located in a small corner of the countryside. Ideally located, 5 minutes' drive from amenities (doctors, pharmacy, supermarket...) 10 minutes from the town of Auray, the pretty port of Saint-Goustan, the Basilica of Sainte-Anne d'Auray and Auray train station (TGV from Paris). 20 minutes from the beaches (Carnac, La Trinité-sur-Mer, Locmariaquer…), the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands (Belle-Ile-en-Mer…) The space The location will ensure you peace and quiet in a cul-de-sac in the countryside. The accommodation includes: On the ground floor: - 1 equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher) etc…. - 1 large 75 m2 living room with a wood-burning stove, ideal for enjoying winter evenings. - 1 independent toilet - 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a 1.60 m bed - 1 bathroom with shower - 1 cellar with washing machine. - 1 large terrace of 140 m2. Upstairs: - 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with a 1.60 m bed - 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a 1.40 m bed - 1 bathroom with bath and shower - 1 independent toilet For pétanque lovers, a court is at your disposal. Bed linen is provided as well as towels. Guest access Check-in can be done independently, a key box is available. Other things to note Please respect the neighbors and the applicable noise regulations, especially after 10pm. No parties are allowed in the accommodation. Pets aren't allowed. No smoking allowed From 2 to 8 people maximum. A security deposit of 500 euros will be required upon arrival.
