Private time in nature, sunny back patio, 2 acres, end of the lane privacy, & forest/meadow/ocean views. The high, open ceiling, great room and huge windows gives a sense of space & relief. This “woodlovers delight” uses post & beam architecture & a variety of lovely wood types. Sipping tea reclined in the daybed, gazing at the meadow & ocean brings great peace. The greenhouse with tub, shower and succulents is another great space. Yard is fully fenced & a paradise for pets; horses also allowed. The space The master bedroom and half bath is upstairs and looks down on the living room with wood stove, and out the giant picture windows to the forest and meadows beyond. The expansive back patio with stone pavers, woodchips, table with six chairs, outdoor couch, firepit and barbecue is a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the peace of this end of the lane parcel. The greenhouse with the second shower, a bathtub, and succulent garden is a great place for a soak and recharge. The garden, orchard, and wild huckleberry bushes provide tasty treats in the summer and fall, and beautiful spring blossoms. The birdsong in the spring and summer, and ocean lullaby and frog chorus in the fall and winter are sounds of serenity. No highway noise. Big, open kitchen with a large island and barstools is a pleasure for cooking and socializing. The large yard includes a dog kennel, a one acre horse pasture, and three horse sheds. Extra fees for pets and horses. Guest access Guest can use the entire 2 acre "back yard" that is fully fenced. You can walk through the whole property and by the neighboring AirBnbs via the gravel driveway. If you think you may wan to explore the meadow and forest also on the property (between your house and the ocean), but on the other parcel, that can be arranged, just let us know so we can let the other tenants know. Other things to note Please no dogs on the furniture.
