You will be close to wineries and tasting rooms within walking distance, such as Flaneur Wines and Ken Wright Cellars. After a day of wine tasting, come back and relax in our well maintained hot tub. You can also enjoy the bakery, coffee shops, and restaurants right off Main Street that are only a 5 minute walk! The space This modern farmhouse was built in 2018. The main floor has two bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom, and a washer and dryer for guest use. The spacious gourmet kitchen with a large island opens to the living area with a dinning table that is perfect for friends or family to gather around. The living room has two chairs by the window to enjoy your coffee in the morning. The front porch is also a great spot to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. Upstairs there is the master suite with a king bed and a luxurious bathroom with heated floors and a big walk in shower. There is also a large walk in closet with a door, perfect for a baby or toddler to sleep in a travel crib! This home is baby and toddler friendly with the necessary gear available upon request. Three off street parking spaces make it easy to park and walk to everything the town of Carlton has to offer such as Flaneur Wines is only a block away, and Ken Wright Cellars is only 3 blocks away, and there are more than 10 wine tasting rooms within walking distance. There are also wineries within a 5 minute drive such as Lemelson and Soter to name a couple. Wedding venues such as Abbey Road Farm, Laurel Ridge, and Ghost Hill Cellars are within a 10 minute drive. And if you have time to explore the greater Willamette Valley, downtown McMinnville and its amazing restaurants including Nick’s Italian, La Rambla, Hayward, and Okta are only a 15 minute drive away. Guest access Wi-Fi is available as well as a smart TV in the living room. For remote workers, there is a 27 inch computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse available upon request. Other things to note The nearest grocery store is a 15 minute drive into McMinnville, however there is market just steps away on the corner of Park and Main Street, where you will find the basics.
