Everything is ready for your stay! 5 min walk from Woodbine Subway station (TTC) or a 9 min walk from the Danforth GO Train station, this suite is easily accessible. The city is at your doorstep as is Woodbine Beach, Scarborough Bluffs and Evergreen Brick Works. Come enjoy a vibrant city and/or scenic break. The space Bright and welcoming guest suite is situated in a quiet residential area with easy access to some excellent transit options, restaurants and scenic attractions. This thoughtfully curated lower-level suite features a private entrance. The bedroom comes with a queen size bed with a Douglas memory foam mattress, high quality bedding, pillows, towels, iron and board and wireless phone charging ports. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster, washer and dryer. The space features exposed brick walls for an elegant dining experience. The living room is spacious and great for a games or movie night. Free WIFI and a 65 inch smart HD TV ready for you to stream. The modular couch can be easily converted into a second bed and comes with a 4 inch thick memory foam mattress topper. It's just as comfy as the main bed. This can be set up for you in advance. Even with the second bed made there are plenty of seating options in the living space with the additional arm chairs for your comfort. The highlight of the luxurious bathroom is the large shower space, complete with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Please note that there is a bulkhead that runs along the unit. At its lowest point it is 6'2 high. Paid on street overnight parking is available through the City of Toronto website. In addition, there are other overnight parking options close by (Green P lot + Private lot). Do not hesitate to ask about parking as the guest suite is very accessible. Family Living Above: We’re a family, so you may hear footsteps and everyday sounds from above. We’re mindful of noise and do our very best to keep it to a minimum to ensure a comfortable stay. We are looking forward to hosting you! Guest access Guests enter down the alley at the side of the house and can access the suite through the side door. Other things to note With Woodbine Subway Station 5 mins walk away and the Danforth GO Train station 9 mins walk, getting to the property couldn't be easier. Even if you are flying in to Pearson Airport you can get to us via train. Walking distance from the house are excellent Thai, Japanese, Indian, Ethiopian, Nepalese and Vietnamese restaurants, to name a few. Also near by are a good selection of supermarkets and cafes. If you are looking for recommendations in other parts of the city, just ask. For nature lovers, Taylor Creek, is a 10 minute walk up the road. Woodbine Beach and Tommy Thompson Bird Sanctuary are a 10-15 minute bike ride down to the lakeshore. Electric and manual city bike stations are a 3 minute walk from the front door.
