New, stylish APT steps to sunsets & beach

Annexe-"A self-contained unit...part of a building". Welcome to West End Annexe, a private and newly renovated stylish space that is attached to our family home and conveniently located to the local beaches/sunsets as well as a short walk to the "square" of Goderich, Ontario. I have stayed at over 50 AirBnBs with family and friends and know the personal touches and details that I love to find in a rental space. A clean and comfortable spot that makes you feel at home? We have you covered. The space This is a private, self-contained apartment that is attached to our family home. There is a designated pathway and private entrance at the back of the house. The annexe has had sound dampening panels installed in the floor and also in the bedroom wall adjacent to the main house. *Please note that because this space is attached to our house, our insurance will only allow two guests, no matter the ages. The deck area is set up in the nice weather and is for the exclusive use of our guests. In order to ensure your privacy, we don’t use our yard when people are staying in the annexe. 10 minutes--walk to closest beach 2 minutes--walk to sunset viewing benches 15 minutes--walk to downtown Guest access Full apartment which includes bathroom, bedroom, living room and kitchenette with full dining table that can also be used as a workspace. (Ergonomic work chair provided). Other things to note Just a heads up that there are two cats who live with us who are allowed outdoors. Cat lovers are asked to please not allow them into the annexe. We want to keep the space allergen free for our guests.
