Bring your own needs The space The biggest benefit of Booking this apartment is that we have a 40” Smart TV in the bedroom to “Netflix and chill” as well as a 55” Smart TV in the lounge area. The apartment is perfectly fitted with air conditioners in both the lounge area and the bedroom. Enjoy the incredible views of the City on the balcony. We have a lovely garden braai area with ample space to sit and enjoy the African Sun. The magnificent pool area is free to be used with spacious sittings and incredible views. The Clubhouse Rules must be strictly adhered to. There is a dedicated working space where you can plug your Laptop and cellphone so you can pleasantly work all day. Kitchen is also equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and stove and oven, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine (to provide your own detergent) For longer stays we provide housekeeping/cleaning only on request at a fee. Please note: We are a no smoking unit, no pets are allowed and the complex is known for Being very relaxing and peaceful, so we regret that no party's, or noise will be tolerated in our Airbnb Guest access Guest access There is ONE parking bay, labeled 112, available for you inside the complex, that is situated very near to the house. There is guest parking available further down. There will be a code supplied to get access in and out of the complex. Other things to note The apartment is on the top floor.
