A unique, 2 bedroom home in the centre of the beautiful seaside town, Stonehaven. Our home is just a stones throw from the beachfront and Stonehaven's traditional harbour. The property is in the perfect location for exploring the local area. From our doorstep you can enjoy scenic coastal walks along the cliffside to Dunnottar Castle, go for a swim in Stonehaven's famous heated outdoor pool, explore independent shops, and cosy up in country pubs overlooking the harbour. The space Barclay House is a bright and cosy two bedroom home situated in the centre of Stonehaven. The house stretches across the ground floor with a large open plan Living room with kitchen and sunny breakfast area. In the Living room, you will find our large and comfortable sofa - a favourite spot of our guests for relaxing at the end of the day next to the working logburner. Navy painted walls make the living room feel cosy and inviting. There is a smart TV with Freeview access and services such as Netflix available for streaming TV or films. The adjoining Kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher for your use, along with all of the necessary amenities for cooking during your stay, while the sunny breakfast area catches the morning sunshine and overlooks the private garden to the rear of the house. There is also a washing machine and drying rack inside the apartment for guests to use. There are two bright bedrooms, both with ample storage space for unpacking and hanging items. A shower room with sink, toilet, and luxurious jet shower is located just off the hallway. Barclay House has been beautifully renovated and is full of colour and quirky touches to make this a warm and welcoming home to stay in. Guest access The entire ground floor apartment is available for our guests to use during their stay. This includes a sunny private garden to the rear of the property with outdoor seating, which you are welcome to use during your stay.
