Whether you are visiting charming Hudson, Ohio/the surrounding area for an event or holiday, or are a local looking for a staycation, our charming 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom has you covered. With all the comforts of home, including kitchen essentials, washer/dryer, and even a game nook, our space is perfect for a group of 4 adults. This walkable location will have you to a coffee shop/several restaurants within just five minutes. A short 15-minute walk to historic downtown Hudson/ First & Main. The space Walk into a modern and well-lit kitchen and dining area. Once inside you will be greeted by our guidebook with tons of local recommendations, so that you can make the most of your stay. Just off the kitchen, is the living room. With a cozy couch, as well as two accent chairs, perfect for sitting for four. Please note, the light switch for the living room is behind the couch.  Our Samsung Frame TV is quite the conversation starter and you may log into your Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime accounts to enjoy endless entertainment. With a second level of the home to enjoy, you can make your way up the stairs to the game nook. We have several board games to enjoy. With seating for four, this also makes a great space for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.  The space offers two bedrooms upstairs, one with a queen size bed, the other with a king size. Both rooms have a space for hanging clothes, as well as a dresser or shelving so you may unpack and feel right at home. The bathroom with a shower and tub combo is located upstairs. It has a new stainless steel showerhead. Plus, we have stocked the bathroom with some essentials, such as shampoo/conditioner, dental floss picks, disposable razors, and feminine products There is also a hair dryer on property that can be found in the vanity in the hallway, plus a steamer in case you need to dewrinkle anything. There is a full washer and dryer located in the basement for you to use, supplied with washer pods. Towels, sheets, toilet paper, and paper towels will be provided during your stay. We are just a short call or text away should you need anything during your stay. This property is a duplex and does share a first floor wall and back yard with another property. This home was built in the 1900’s but was recently remodeled/updated. The upstairs ceilings are slanted, as many were from that era and you may experience some floor creeks on the upper level. Guest access There is a keyless entry lock on the door you will enter. You will enter through the door on the left of the house. Code will be provided prior to arrival. There is a private driveway, located in front of the home that guests may use. Fits up to three cars. Other things to note Only four people are allowed on the reservation. Only 6 people are allowed on property at one time, unless otherwise okayed by host. No parities of any kind.
