The space The Annex has a keypad access private entrance with steps down to a dedicated parking spot. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen (with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), and full bathroom (with shower and bathtub). The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and closet, as well as blackout shades, air filter, and sound machine. The living room area has a 65” 4KTV, an electric piano and a sofa that becomes another queen-size bed. There is also a large dedicated work area and a simple dining area. Guest access Guests have access to a parking spot with lighted stairs to a small patio area in the front garden outside the main entrance. One large bedroom closet is available to guests.
