Welcome to our Muskoka lakefront cottage - the perfect retreat for couples or a small group of friends. Experience rustic charm and modern comforts in our cozy getaway while being surrounded by nature. Enjoy beautiful views of the lake from the living room, and watch the hummingbirds buzz by as you sip your coffee. Relax on the sun-drenched dock, spending your time swimming, canoeing and exploring the rugged beauty of Muskoka. The space This cottage has 1 bedroom, and a comfortable pull out couch in the living room for additional guests. With a fully-equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities, it's your home away from home. Stay connected with WiFi, and stay cool with air conditioning on those warm summer nights. At the cottage you can enjoy long days on the dock, playing with the water toys, and watch stunning sunsets by the fire pit in the evenings. Guest access This cottage is located on a quiet lake just outside Port Sydney - where you will find a supermarket, with an LCBO. Huntsville and Bracebridge are a quick 15 mins away if you need something more substantial. Parking is available on the property. Other things to note There is no public boat launch on this lake. - Not provided: Bedding (sheets, pillowcases and blankets) and towels. Please note the bed is king sized, and the pull-out is queen sized. - Provided: limited supply of hand soap, dishwashing soap, dish washer pods, & toilet paper. - A limited supply of drinking water is connected to a jug for personal consumption - you may need to refill it yourself depending on your length of stay. The lake water, although filtered, is not recommended to drink. - There is a step to get in/out of the shower. This property is not fully-accessable. - Please remove all garbage & recycling at time of check out. Bins are available at the end of the private road as you depart. - The cottage offers plenty of privacy, so there are no curtains to obstruct the stunning lakefront views - No smoking or vaping inside the cottage. - Note that there are 2 security cameras monitoring the exterior of the cottage. There are no other cameras on the property. Please remember that this is our part-time home and we ask that you treat it with as much care as we do. As a close-knit group of cottagers, we endeavour to respect each other's space while enjoying cottage life. If you are looking for a place to enjoy nature, the water, hiking, fireside chats and beautiful sunsets, then please consider renting this cottage. We value our tranquility as do our neighbours. We're happy to share our piece of paradise with like-minded folks, we only ask that you respect our home, our neighbours privacy, and the environment around us.
