Perfect for family getaways and gatherings, our spacious home features five comfortable bedrooms, providing ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. All linens, one large towel per person are provided (including body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner). The large living and dining area is designed for making memories, whether you’re enjoying meals together or cozying up for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, featuring a full-size range, french door fridge with bottom freezer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, Air fryer, Keurig, dishwasher, and all the pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery you’ll need. Check in time is 4 pm Check out time is 10 am Outdoor pool is opened late June July & August, until September 21, 2025. Weather permitting. Pool is not heated. We reserve the right to close the pool at anytime or for any reason without prior notice and/or refund. This is chlorine treated pool. Not responsible for discolouration or any damage to swim suits or swim trunks. Not responsible for any health, injuries or death, safety and/or any and all consequences by entering and using our pool. Use of the pool is at your own risk. PETS are not allowed in the pool. Outdoor fire pit must be extinguished completely after use. Children must be supervised constantly on the property (inside or outside) As this is an older cottage, during the hot summer days & heat waves temperature upstairs can be higher 3 or more degrees Celsius than on the ground floor. While A/C is running, please ensure all windows are closed and ceilings fans are on or to suit your comfort. Recommend all doors to be closed at all times. Be a good visitor and please abide by the rules around the Victoria Harbour Noise Control By-law. Here are a few highlights of the Noise By-law: • Yelling, shouting, hooting or other boisterous activity may not take place at anytime. • Noise created by music, sound equipment, or musical instruments that are played at a level that disturbs the peace, comfort, rest, sleep or tranquility of any person should not take place at any time. • A Municipal Law Enforcement Officer may at any time, enter onto the property to determine whether the By-law is being complied with.
