Other things to note This upper-floor guest house is attached to our home on the lower level. Our home is located on a hill, making the top floor ground level. This means you won't need to climb any stairs to access the upper-floor rental where you will be staying. You’ll have your own parking, private entrance to home, living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and a full upper deck. A shared door which will remain locked during your stay, connects the two units. Occasionally, you may hear some distant noise from our family. While previous guests have not reported this as an issue, please consider this if you are sensitive to noise. Your space includes a large deck with outdoor dining, a small fire pit, a couch, and two outdoor sofa chairs. This area is not shared and is completely available for your use. You may see our family arriving and departing, as our parking area is below the deck. **Pet Policy:** We welcome animals for a small pet fee. Your pets must remain with you the whole time or bring a crate to house them when you are away, they are not to remain in the house unattended unless in a create. We have a friendly black lab named Kaia who will remain downstairs with us, and a country cat name Tobi who roams around the property and may say hello to you during your stay.
