19th-century villa, Tuscany.
Description
Late nineteenth-century villa in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. Ideal for large families or groups of friends, inside you will find an environment where solid wood and craftsmanship of yesteryear dominate, without however giving up any kind of comfort. In addition, cities such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa or even mountain towns such as Abetone are easily accessible by car, while the villa remains surrounded by greenery, in the middle of the woods, in a much quieter and more secluded setting. The space As was typical for the villas of the time, Villa Egeria is characterized by very large interior spaces, whether we are talking about the bedrooms, the living rooms, the bathrooms or the wonderful main staircase, all in white marble. However, this spaciousness does not mean an empty environment, as the spaces of each room are expertly occupied by pieces of antique furniture, where solid wood and wrought iron dominate unchallenged. All this is set within the decorative elements offered by the house itself, namely the original frescoes, which are also present in all the rooms. This is what you will find at Villa Egeria, an environment that enhances the beauty of tradition and craftsmanship, accompanied by all the comforts you could wish for. Other things to note To access the house, you must travel about 300 meters of dirt road, a note that I want to include as particularly low cars may encounter difficulties.
