Antigua Family Homestay with Meals

We are located within walking distance to all that Antigua has to offer-- Central Park, restaurants, cafes, bars, historic sites and ruins (we are directly across from the Cathedral of San Francisco), and close to most of the Spanish Schools. The space We have 3 guest bedrooms, located off of the upstairs corridor. Each room can accommodate 1 or 2 people. Bedrooms each have a lock to ensure privacy; keys provided to guests. There is one bathroom with hot showers, that is shared among guests. Our family uses a separate bathroom. NOTE: When you make a request to book-- please look at our photos, and specify which bedroom you are interested in. We provide 3 meals from Monday to Friday included in the cost of the room. Home cooked meals are provided Monday through Friday (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Saturday, we provide just breakfast. On Sunday no meals are provided. We can assist you in finding a panaderia, cafe, or restaurant during times when meals are not provided. There is purified water available to our guests at no charge, at all times. Coffee and tea is also included. Located very nearby is a laundry service. Guests may drop off their laundry and retrieve it later, all dry and folded up! The laundry service charges by the pound... but I assure, you it is a very reasonable fee and very easy to get done! There's also free Wi-Fi in the house. It works very well on the downstairs and upstairs. 150 Mbps. Guest access Our guests have access to the courtyard, kitchen, refrigerator, the living room, the dining room, and the rooftop terrace. During your stay Many guests are students of Spanish Schools. Students are often looking for a total immersion experience... and we are happy to assist! Our family loves to converse with people from all over the world, and we are happy to assist with Spanish during conversations. We invite our guests to eat meals with our family, and enjoy Spanish conversations around the table. Some guests are not Spanish students, and prefer a more private experience. We are happy to offer as much... or as little interaction as our guests would like. Other things to note We provide guests with free purified water. We provide towels and bed sheets, which are changed weekly. Wifi is available free of charge. Guests are provided keys to the outer door, as well as to their bedrooms. We want to be clear that this listing is not for a hotel, nor a hostel. This is a family home, full of life and laughing. We love having guests in our home and look forward to meeting you!!
