The private entrance leads you to a modern and cozy accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired. Supplies: Kitchenette: Equipped with the most important basic equipment, stove incl. Extractor hood and lighting, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, kettle, soda maker, toaster, egg cooker and fridge-freezer. Everything you need for your culinary needs. Bathroom: Enjoy the spacious bathroom with a rain shower, towel warmer, hairdryer and toilet. Sleeping area: A large double bed with plenty of storage space ensures a good night's sleep. If necessary, a crib can be provided. Living area: A cozy corner sofa bed invites you to relax. Entertainment is provided by a small library, where books can be read and exchanged, as well as Wi-Fi and TV. Outdoor area: The large terrace offers stunning views of the natural landscape that you can fully enjoy. A small rattan set with an umbrella and a sun lounger are ready for you. Free parking is also available right in front of the entrance. Although you are in the middle of the Untersberg Nature Park, surrounded by many mountains and lakes, you are still close to the city. The city center of Salzburg is about 18 km away and Bad Reichenhall is 8 km away. We are located on a small agricultural estate, which is also cultivated. Guest access The property is located at the end of a road, no through traffic or similar. Access is possible via a separate exit to the separate entrance area. The main entrance door leads to a spacious anteroom (in which, for example: strollers, bicycles, e-bikes, mountain equipment, etc. can be safely parked) and this leads further into the apartment.
