Relaxing Mountain Views in Spacious A Frame

This newly renovated A-frame home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a wood-burning fireplace, and stunning mountain views. 15 minutes from Windham, Hunter Mountain, Belleayre, and Phoenicia, and 20 minutes from Woodstock, this central location provides year-round outdoor adventures. This cozy retreat is your ideal escape, whether skiing, hiking, antiquing, or simply unwinding by the fire. Relax & dine outdoors on the wrap-around deck & enjoy the comforts of the open-concept living space. The space Our home is designed for peace, relaxation, and privacy. The main floor has an open floor plan kitchen and living area with a massive wood-burning stone fireplace. On the same floor are 2 very comfortably sized bedrooms with comfy queen beds, dressed in parachute bedding, and a full bath. Up the spiral staircase, you'll find a spacious loft bedroom with a king bed and a 55" TV. The loft bedroom is open concept design to showcase the mountain views (no door). Adjoined to this room is a full en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a picture window with a spectacular view. Downstairs, you'll find a half bathroom and a family room with a massive 10+ foot sofa and a 65" TV to cozy up and watch your favorite movie, read a good book or play one of our board games. Down the hall from the family room is another bedroom with two sets of full-sized bunk beds. Great for the kiddos! Guest access You'll have access to ample parking just to the left of the house. We love dining on the wrap-around deck and heading out for a bonfire and smores at night. NO smoking. NO parties. NO events. This is not a party house. We love hosting, but please be respectful of our home. Other things to note There is limited cell service near the house until you are connected to WiFI. We recommend saving the Door Code prior to arrival. The house has limited AC, for the summer months, although the house stays pretty cool with the doors and windows open and the ceiling fans on. We love opening the doors and windows with the screens closed most of the day and enjoying the mountain breeze. There is an AC unit in one of the queen bedrooms and another portable AC unit in the living room. The house also has several ceiling fans and floor fans as well. We have not had an issue with no primary AC, but we want you to be clear on the home you are renting.
