Luxurious villa with pool (with sliding cover) and barbecue, just ten minutes from downtown Murcia (the tram stop is two hundred meters from the house). Enjoy its beautiful garden, sun loungers, mini-golf and French pool table. The soccer, tennis and paddle tennis court can be rented by the hour at an additional cost of €10. Family meals and parties are allowed in the barbecue area, but no loud music or large crowds of people (maximum 15 people). The space The villa has four bedrooms, one of them en suite, with three double beds and two single beds apart, a magnificent sofa bed in the living room. Guest access You can use the pool, barbecue, sun loungers, pool table and ping pong. The complex's paddle tennis, tennis and soccer courts can also be used (for a fee).
