Atenea Apartment is a separate and cozy accommodation for 4 people. It has a double room with en-suite bathroom and another with a bunk bed for two, as well as a second bathroom located in an auxiliary room. Kitchen with an island open to the dining room and living room, and a small garden with a heather porch. In Caldes de Malavella, near thermal spas, golf, and with good connections to explore Girona, the Costa Brava, and Barcelona. A haven to rest and feel cared for. We look forward to seeing you! The space The place The heart of the apartment is an open space that combines the kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is organized around an island, creating a practical space for cooking, chatting, and sharing meals. The open layout, natural light, and warm tones create a feeling of spaciousness and home from the moment you arrive. The bedrooms and bathrooms The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, offering greater privacy and comfort. The second room has a bunk bed for two people. For its occupants, there is a second bathroom located in an auxiliary and multipurpose room, where the washing machine is also located. This way, each room has access to its own bathroom, although the second one is integrated into the auxiliary laundry area. The exterior space The apartment has a small garden and a covered porch with heather, a pleasant spot for outdoor breakfast, reading, chatting or relaxing at the end of the day. It is a cozy space that allows you to enjoy the outdoors with greater privacy. The apartment also has private parking inside the property. Resting and sharing Atenea Apartment is designed to be enjoyed with family or friends, while respecting each guest's moments of tranquility. The two bedrooms allow you to comfortably arrange rest for up to four people, while the open kitchen, dining room and living room invite you to share a meal, plan an excursion or rest after exploring the surroundings. Between hot springs, golf and nature Atenea Apartment is located in Caldes de Malavella, a town known for its thermal waters and spas, ideal for combining rest, wellness, and nature. You'll also find golf courses a few minutes away. From here, you can organize getaways to Girona, the Costa Brava, and Barcelona, as well as discover charming villages, landscapes, and local cuisine. Arrels Experiences Arrels was created as a space to create, share and reconnect. It is open to professionals who wish to organize workshops, meetings and activities in the Casa Atenea environment, and it will also welcome their own proposals related to creativity, crafts and nature. Activities will be offered on specific dates, with prior reservation, subject to scheduling, and not included in the price of the accommodation.
