It is possible to add a crib, high chair and baby bath free of charge for each accommodation for children under 3 years of age. A single sofa bed can be added for a fee of €20.00 per night. Other things to note Marina di Alberese and Collelungo beach are about 7 km from our property.  Marina di Alberese is accessible by car, bike and bus. Guests of the farmhouse can access the parking lot of Marina di Alberese with discount tickets provided by our property. Access to Collelungo beach is allowed only by bicycle, purchasing the ticket as it is part of the Maremma Natural Park. Our facility rents bicycles for guests and provides discount tickets for this itinerary. From the fox's den, you can walk to the entrance to the A6 Faunistic itinerary and the itinerary to Collelungo beach in a few minutes. The Park's visitor center and the town of Alberese are about 850 meters from our property. The town of Alberese has basic amenities, a pharmacy, post office, bar, tobacco shop, convenience store, ATM and restaurants.  The city of Grosseto is 14 km away. At check-in, the tourist tax for the municipality of Grosseto will be charged, amounting to €1.50 per person over 14 years of age, for a maximum of 14 nights.  Small pets are allowed, we also have a small dog Molly, and a kitten, Mimì. However, it is important to note that the proximity of the natural park limits pet access to the beach of Marina di Alberese, the park itineraries and the bike path.
