Our little corner of paradise offers a sunny garden where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful weather, as well as a cocooning decoration for a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for a getaway with family or friends, our house is equipped with all the amenities needed to make your stay unforgettable The space The house is a charming home with cozy architecture, nestled in a peaceful area. Its welcoming exterior features an oriental terracotta facade harmoniously a terrace corner and a sunny garden furniture (south facing). Crossing the threshold, you enter the bright main room, where a polished concrete floor naturally leads to the heart of the house. You will discover the living room, a warm and welcoming space tastefully decorated. A comfortable sofa invites you to relax, while a stove creates a cozy atmosphere on cool evenings. A bay window lets in natural light and offers views of the green garden. To the right of the living room is a beautiful custom staircase revealing the kitchen, a spacious and functional room equipped with the latest appliances. Walnut cabinets offer plenty of storage space, while the marble countertop offers an ideal space to prepare delicious meals. Next to the kitchen, a small hallway leads to the toilet, convenient for guests and residents of the house. Going up the stairs, you access the floor where the bedrooms and bathroom are located. The master bedroom is an oasis of calm, with a comfortable double bed and elegant furniture. The window offers a picturesque view of the garden, while sheer curtains create an intimate atmosphere at any time. A practical desk offers an ideal space for homework or teleworking. Next to the master bedroom is the children's room (with extra mattress in addition is present and possible to install on the floor), a playful and colorful space decorated with cheerful motifs and shelves filled with toys and books.
