Traditional victorian property located in the trendy neighbourhood of South Bank, York. The house is perfectly located to explore our beautiful historic city. Less than 5 minutes walk to York Racecourse and 20 minute walk to York city centre along the river/road. Roundtree Park and local shops/cafes/pubs of the renowned 'Bishy Road' all within walking distance too. York is greatly located for visiting the stunning North Yorkshire moors, dales, wolds and East Coast all within an hour. The space The house is over 100 years old and though greatly cared for shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear quaint aging both inside and outside. It includes 2 large bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), living room with smart TV, dining room with large 6 seater table and sofa, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with large walk-in shower (towels provided). Outside is a small yard with dining table and chairs. Complementary WiFi available for all our guests. Free on-street parking (due to the narrow streets we recommend you tuck in your wing mirrors). Highchair can be provided upon request. Guest access Guests will have full access to the premises. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The stairs are fairly steep as it is a Victorian property and therefore may not be suitable accommodation for anyone with physical disabilities or young children.
