The house is lived in full-time, so it's only available when we are traveling. Small pets are allowed. Description: Small but beautiful view of the Bay; very quiet and tranquil (especially at night); minutes to Tilden Park- trails, Lake Anza, the merry-go-round, Little Farm, and more. Sleeps 6. Suitable for a family. Baby grand piano (please no food or drinks on it), tv with basic channels and streaming access. Internet access. 2 minute drive to Young's Market (small grocery store), Inn Kensington (delicious breakfast), Cafe, and Arlington Wine and Spirits. 7 minute drive to Gourmet Ghetto in Berkeley and 7 minute drive to Solano ave. and its many shops and restaurants. The house is conveniently located two blocks from a stop on the 67 bus line, which can take you to downtown Berkeley/BART in about 15 minutes. Guest access Guests can park under the carport and driveway. One note: parallel to our driveway is a longer one that leads down to a gate- this is our neighbor's driveway, so it can't be blocked.
