The home offers 3 bedrooms and an open loft, 4 full bathrooms plus a half bath. The house was designed with family gatherings in mind. The main floor living room has a large 49'' smart TV,  NO DVD PLAYER, WiFi through out the home. The kitchen, dining room and great room are all one open space. The views of the water and Mount Rainier are breathtaking. Watch the Sunrise and ships come in the harbor on the huge covered deck off of the great room. The master is on the second floor off of the kitchen and has a king size bed and it's own bath.  The open loft is on the 3rd floor and has 1 sets of twin bunk beds and 3 twin beds sleeping 6 and it has a half bath. The  guest room on the mail floor has a queen size bed. There is a wheelchair accessible bedroom on the main floor with a queen size bed and a full bathroom with a shower. The living room on the main floor has a pull out sofa sleeper as well. Dogs are welcome . The fee is $25 per pet per night plus tax. This is a separate fee and is not collected on AirBnb bookings. You must make arrangements with the booking office to pay pet fees. Other things to note There is a 2 night minimum stay, 3 nights during the holidays. All homes have a cleaning fee. You must be 25 years or older to reserve and stay at any of our Condos or Beach Houses. The person who reserves must be present at check in. This property does allow dogs. The charge is $25 per pet per night plus tax. This charge would be due at check in airbnb does not collect pet fees. (no cats)
