Guest access Guests have access to all common areas such as the kitchen and living room. During your stay, there might be other guests in our home. Shared Kitchen / Groceries Policy This property has shared spaces. Guests must only consume groceries or food items that they personally purchased. Food items in the refrigerator, pantry, cabinets, or kitchen area may belong to other guests or the host and are not for public use unless clearly labeled as complimentary. Any guest found consuming food that does not belong to them may be subject to a replacement charge and/or an additional $25 service fee. 3. Registered Guests Only For safety, insurance, and occupancy compliance, only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. 4. Unapproved Guest Fee Any unregistered or unapproved guest entering or staying on the property will result in a $100 fee per person. Failure to comply may result in: Immediate removal of the additional guest Additional charges through Airbnb Termination of the reservation without refund 5. Respect for Shared Living Environment This is a shared living environment. All guests are expected to respect other guests, their belongings, and common areas at all times 6. We installed cameras in five key areas across the property for security and access monitoring purposes. These areas include the entrance, driveway, side yards, and backyard. Please note that all cameras will be recording continuously, 24/7, throughout your stay.
