This accommodation consists of a private "studio" bedroom with private bathroom and toilet, independent outdoor access and the possibility to share the garden and outdoor terrace. Ideally located at Château d'Olèron, close to the city center and all its amenities as well as 1.2 km from the beach and very quick access to bike paths for lovers of bike rides. Kick back and relax in this calm space decorated in an elegant and bohemian style. The space You will have a comfortable room of about 15 m2 equipped with a 160 X 200 cm bed with a connected TV offering access to Netflix. A closet with shelves and a wardrobe for storing your belongings is available. A dining area is available in the room with a small fridge with a small freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a Senseo coffee machine as well as some coffee pods, teas, infusions and sugar (NB: there is no stove). You will also have a private room in the room adjoining the bedroom, including a sink, shower and toilet. You will find a door giving you direct access to the enclosed garden and terrace of my house to eat and relax. Please note that the garden and terrace will be shared with myself and my dog Sundae when he leaves the main house for his daily needs. He is a very sociable and affectionate young male, very used to seeing people and children. I provide my washing machine, a clothes dryer and a hand iron. As well as a plancha for your meals in the studio and to fully enjoy my terrace. Ideal accommodation for a young couple, even with a baby or toddler (available if you need a baby bed, baby bath and high chair). Ability to safely store bicycles in the enclosed garden at the rear of the house. Other things to note Towels and bed linen are provided. Presence of my pet likely to walk in the common garden only 1 week out of 2. I also have a 3-and-a-half-year-old boy named Nathan who shares my life in alternating custody 1 week out of 2 as well.
