Just 35 minutes from Copper Harbor, 28 minutes from Houghton/Hancock area, 11 minutes from Historical Calumet, and just minutes from ATV/snowmobile trails. The space This home has one spacious bathroom located downstairs with two bedrooms with full beds located on the second floor (no bathroom upstairs). We have a cozy living room for lounging. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential cooking supplies. The washer and dryer are available for guests. There is a large pantry and cloak closet downstairs for extra storage for longer stays. The upstairs has two clothing closets. Close local attractions: Mohawk Park where you can play Pickleball, Glacia Tavern, Slim's Cafe, and Sunday in the Park are local places to eat out, and our local Mohawk Superette for basic groceries and drinks are all just a few minutes away. Guest access The entire house is available to guests. The garage and outside shed will not be available. Parking is available near the entrance to the home with enough space for a trailer. Other things to note There are a few stairs to enter the house and stairs to the bedrooms. The back yard is available for guest use.
