This lower unit of a split level house is a private, fully equipped space, with everything you need for a peaceful stay. -Private Unit/No Shared Access -1bd, 1bth -No Stairs -Hot tub -Cozy spring/summer patio set up with private access Seahurst Gulch The space We've worked hard to make this a cozy, stylish place - but please keep in mind it is a house built in 1999 with random quirks :) You'll be staying in the lower unit of a split level home, and while there is no shared access, you'll occasionally see the guests visiting our upstairs air bnb, Glenhaven! The patio outside is a special treat - in spring & early summer you'll hear the rushing creek in the gulch as you enjoy the propane fireplace, hot tub & comfy chairs. It's a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. We hope you'll find it to be as lovely as we do! Guest access Guests have access to the entire backyard, and lower unit. No shared access with guests tenant in Unit B, but you will share the driveway, so please do not block the right garage bay! **We have it labeled, but there is no guest access to upper patio as that portion belongs to upstairs guests.
