The entry code is sent 24 hours prior to arrival - a signed rental agreement and pre-arrival form are required to get the door code. Fail safe option: if your key code is not working on the keypad; please contact us for instructions to access the back-up physical key located on the railing. Message us if you would like to upgrade your stay with an early check-in or late check out. Additional fees apply which allow us to ensure adequate staff to accomplish a quick turnover. Other details: For bookings made on online travel agencies we require guests to complete a Pre-arrival Form and sign the Rental Agreement. If you would like a copy of the agreement prior to booking, just message us. The verification will need to be completed to finalize the booking process. You must be at least 24 years old to rent. The cardholder must be staying at the rental to book. Standard fees include our cleaning fee and a $29 damage waiver fee. Message us if you would like to upgrade your stay with an early check in ($75) or late check out ($75). Other upgrades may be accommodated upon request.
