Spacious loft room with views to peaceful green neighbourhood exceptionally well placed between Cambridge central station and Addenbrooke’s Hospital. The room has double bed and chest-of-drawers and cafe table. The shared toilet and shower is on the ground floor. Bathroom can occasionally be shared with another guest. The house is located only 15 min walk to Cambridge station and 5 min to Cherry Hinton Rd with restaurants and shopping. We are a family with two young kids in a 200 sqm house The space Large (>200sqm) family semi-detached house situated peacefully in a residential area on a tree lined street between the station and Addenbrooke's Hospital in the south part of Cambridge. Shared kitchen and dining area on the ground floor which otherwise has 2 private living rooms and a sunroom. First floor are 4 private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and on the second floor is the guest loft-room with three skylight windows. The house has both large front garden and a private back garden. During your stay We welcome our guest and enjoy the interactions we have had with guests over the year in this house and our previous house in Cambridge. We are a family with two young children in preschool and early years school age. We tend to use the kitchen and dining area from around 7-8am and again from 5:30-7pm in case you wanted to have a bit more private time for your meals but you are welcome during those times. Only light cooking accepted (microwave etc). Shared bathroom on ground floor.
