Keep it Positive - 2nd Floor Suite

Our home is located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood near the University of São Paulo (USP) and Butantã Metro Station. The space is focused on hosting students attending university. The Superior Suite features a double bed and a private bathroom. The room is spacious and airy, including a wardrobe, fan, garden view, Wi-Fi, and a desk and chair for remote work. It has a large garden with a swimming pool and outdoor area. The space is designed to accommodate students, foreigners, or people from other cities in Brazil who are in the city of São Paulo to attend university or work in São Paulo. The house has a leisure area, separate from the main house, intended for: Watching TV, Playing Pool, Sunbathing, Having Barbecues, Exercising, Playing Musical Instruments, Playing Board Games, Meeting and socializing with local people in the city on various types of outings. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house, except for the other rooms. During your stay The place is shared with other residents/guests. We will be happy to receive and meet new guests. We are used to sharing the house and therefore keep the place clean and organized every day. Our house has rules of coexistence that must be followed by everyone in the house. For over 9 years, we have hosted Brazilians and residents from different countries. We usually provide all the necessary assistance so that they can enjoy their stay, provided they have a pure and positive attitude of mutual respect. Other things to note We occasionally rent out our outdoor area for events such as corporate gatherings and birthday parties. These events usually take place between 12 pm and 9 pm and occur more frequently during the end-of-year season. These events help us maintain the house and fund improvements. We ask residents not to access the event areas while they are ongoing, and we strictly do not allow event guests to enter the residents' room areas.The house is clean and organized immediately after the event.
