The is Homestay and you need to collect the Access Card by yourself (No Counter Available). We will send you the Self check-In instruction one day before arrival. Access Card need to be placed back to our nominated place during the check-out time 2. This is a Non-Smoking room. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited anywhere on premises, including balcony. A RM200 fine will be assessed if the guest house smells of smoke upon departure 3. No Party or Group Gathering allowed - any evidence of parties or events will result in a RM200 fine. 4. Check-out time is by 12pm. Late check-out will result in a charge of RM50 per Hour and is subject to availability. 5. Baggage Storage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out 6. Every time you use kitchen, be sure to wash all the dishes and keep them clean. 7.
