Farmyard guest suite with rowing boat & dock space

Newly remodeled and fresh guest suite on Tromøy! About 15 minutes drive from E-18 and Arendal city center is this cozy, private and detached apartment. The zoo is about 45 minutes by car. The apartment is rural located on a farmyard, with a horse garden close to the apartment. Rowboat and dock space included to visit the nature reserve Tromlingene as well as the archipelago. Motor can be rented for a surcharge. It is only a short walk to Skarestrand, and many nice hiking areas around us. The space The apartment consists of open kitchen/living room solution, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom and hallway. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. The apartment has two outdoor areas of which an outdoor area is covered as well as a small terrace with dining table and seating area. Guest access The apartment is complete and private. Guests can stroll around the property. If you want to rent a boat with a motor, we offer a small dinghy with 4 horsepower that can be rented for NOK 500,- per day, or NOK 1500,- for up to one week. Perfect for visiting the Tromlingene Nature Reserve (Raet landscape conservation area) and the nearest archipelago. (Seasonal) Other things to note One can stroll freely around the property, but children must be accompanied by adults if one is to interact with the animals.
