Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Cheers The space The unit is a 26sqm. 1. Bedroom has a double bed (48x75) for couple or bed sharing, and a floor mattress (36x75). 2. The living room has no sofa. we replaced it with a bunkbed (36x36x75) & another floor mattress. This arrangement is to cater comfortably a family or group of 3 adults and 2 kids if more than 4 adults, you may contact the host for special arrangement. If your intention is to stroll around MOA area, then this is ideal for you. no fancy expectation. just a place to stay. otherwise, just book a hotel. ✌️ Bedroom arrangement's are as follows: (please note that all our 1BR units have almost identical set up and ed arrangements. 1) Family bed or Double ( which is for sharing of 2pax 2)Bunker or double deck (for 2 guests also that 1pax will occupy the lower part, and 1pax will occupy the upper part. If 2kids, they can occupy the lower part as bed sharing, or medium built adults or 2 girls or medium built 2boys) 3)1 or 2 Floor mattress is on standby. Ideally, the set up is good for 3 adults and 2kids. 4) 3 towels will be provided for 1 BR. 5. 1 roll of tissue will be provided Other things to note 1. We do not provide bottled drinking water. 2. If you are more than 4 guests, please contact the host for special arrangement. If you do not agree, then we can not accept your booking. 3. Split type air-conditioned must keep in 24 degrees. AC is located in the Living room. so therefore, you must open the door of the bedroom to get cool. or use our portable electric fan. 4. We want a positive community. If you will book this room, please enjoy and appreciate. If you book this and look for amenities that we do not provide, please book somewhere else. this room is for positive minded people who just wish to stay and enjoy the area around MOA. If you are like an investigator and looking for a perfect place, this is not the place for you. 5. We can only offer what is available in the room. nothing more, nothing less. 5.1 Hair dryer, Iron (+board) and extra towels requires extra fee. please contact the host. 6. if there are concern, we would love to communicate in a positive way. 7. We have rooms around MOA area in other properties. Please consider to be assigned in other rooms that we offer. 8. If you book this room for other people to stay, you must agree not to make a review. If you don't agree, Please don't book this room. 9. we may ask for Security deposit of 500 to 1,000 pesos.(refundable after 2hours after you checked out if no damage or missing items) 10. Be nice!
