Enjoy a lovely home from home break in this stunning caravan Situated in a beautiful spot on Sandy Bay Caravan Park, Newbiggin by the Sea, with beach access only a minutes walk away. The park has all the amenities for a perfect holiday for the family or it’s perfect for a couples retreat who just want a quiet time away to enjoy the fabulous Northumberland walks and history or whatever takes your fancy. Sleeps 4 (1 king 2 singles 1 cot) Has everything you need for a perfect stay The space This beautiful caravan is only 2 years old and is immaculate Has a king size bedroom with walk in wardrobe area with lots of space for clothes etc. The second bedroom has two single beds and a small wardrobe. The bathroom has an ample sized shower and is very powerful The modern kitchen has everything you need from a pizza cutter to the essential bottle opener. Plenty of seating with a large three seater sofa and two seater sofa. Although the caravan sleeps 6 I am only allowing a maximum of 4 to stay. The living space is lovely and bright and looks out onto the park with partial sea views and a view up to the new estuary view site. Very lovely quiet area with mainly owners only caravans and lodges Unfortunately no pets are allowed. Sandy Bay Caravan Park is a lovely site. Picturesque duck pond and easy beach access onto the stunning Newbiggin Beach and Estuary. The site has a swimming pool and the very popular Boat House pub with great value food. It has a fish and chip shop and the newly opened thunderbird chicken with scoops ice cream and kids entertainment centre. The main room has entertainment every night and kids club (entry passes can be purchased from reception) GUESTS STAYING 7 NIGHTS OR MORE WILL RECEIVE FREE PASSES You won’t be disappointed for a great family getaway Obviously you do not need to use the amenities and a lovely quiet stay is also possible with lovely decking area and seating. Enjoy the early morning sunrise from the decking. Simply stunning Guest access All of the caravan and decking area. Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access There are three small steps to the decking area. There is an outside picnic bench if you are wishing to dine al fresco Other things to note Please note that family passes to the park amenities are not included with this stay and should be purchased from reception at Park Dean on arrival if required. Obviously if you only want to dine in the Boat House pub you will Not need passes. These are for children’s activities entertainment and pool access and entry into the entertainment lounge on an evening Not required for Boat House Pub and children’s arcade and playground
